I’m a licensed therapist and retired minster and my immense passion with the connection between faith & mental health has lead me right here, training other church leaders (just like you) on the best practices to start leading from a place of mental health informed care.

When I'm not training church leaders or providing trauma therapy, you can find me on the road traveling with my husband in our tiny 23ft airstream. But I have to admit, one of my favorite places to be is here, sharing what God is teaching me, with you. I'm so glad you're here!!
